This video captures Kozan Barnett’s reflections and feedback on the recent seminar held in Prague. The event gathered a truly exceptional group of participants, and according to many, it stood out as a unique experience. Kozan shares how this seminar felt different right from the beginning, which was also confirmed by the feedback he received both during and after the event.
Participants expressed how deeply they were touched by the strong sense of community and the powerful energy that developed throughout the seminar. Kozan introduced a brand new healing meditation, which resonated deeply and brought a sense of profound physical, emotional, and energetic healing. The energy work sessions were intense and transformative, leaving many participants feeling as though something new had been born or an important shift had occurred.
Kozan himself was deeply moved and amazed by the depth of the shared experience, describing it as not only a personal transformation but also a meaningful energetic shift for the group and perhaps even the energy field in Prague itself.
Kozan is an experienced guide on the journey of personal transformation and spiritual growth. With over 30 years of experience in meditation and energy work, he offers unique seminars that will help you reconnect with your inner source and restore balance in your life in harmony with spiritual principles. Kozan's method combines various spiritual traditions and modern energy work. At its core are Zen Buddhism, Shamanism, Taoism, and a range of energy techniques. This combination allows participants to explore silent meditation and inner calm to experience the present moment with clarity and openness - but also to actively work with personal energy, initiating the process of inner transformation. This leads to rejuvenation, healing, and an authentic spontaneity.
Kozan will personally work with you to support your path to self-exploration. This experience will allow you to establish a deep connection with your own personal wisdom and authentic self. Deep connections and experiences are not just fleeting moments – they are gateways to transformation. These encounters touch us on multiple levels: they speak to our soul, influence our psyche, and impact our physical body. Most importantly, they open the door to our higher energetic self, to the essence of who we truly are - often hidden beneath layers of daily life and constant thoughts. In moments of stillness and silence the conscious mind is calmed and refreshed, tension and blockages begin to dissolve, allowing the body to heal and regain its natural balance. In these sacred spaces, a natural energetic cleansing takes place, leaving us lighter, clearer and more present.”
Forever bright, the Light of the Divine is always around us. But we are taught to close our eyes and shut it out – like sleepwalkers stumbling through life.
Every single one of us has the ability to open our eyes and awaken to that Infinite Light, its shining grace. And then we greet everything in our lives with the same sunny smile - the joy and the suffering, the pain and the love. All a Oneness bathed in that same Divine Light.
Kozan was born in London. At age 6 he travelled to Poona, India to visit his father, Michael Barnett, who was living in the Ashram of Osho Rajneesh. This had a profound effect and awoke a strong urge to follow the spiritual path in him.
Later, after some years of teenage resistance to anything spiritual, he again visited his father, now an established and recognised spiritual teacher, in Italy. A two week visit turned into a stay of many years. Kozan became an integral part of the Wild Goose spiritual communities in Italy and France and became Michael’s assistant in the seminars.
Since then he has lived in Switzerland, combining everyday work-life, marriage, fatherhood with meditation and a constant exploration of the spiritual traditions of both East and West. A couple of years ago, Kozan realised he was ready to start leading seminars. Last year he led, or co-led, nine seminars across Europe. Next year he hopes to do even more!
Kozan draws inner peace from walking in the nearby forest, loves cooking meals from a wide range of world cuisines, and enjoys watching football and listening to music.
In this warm and personal interview, Kozan Barnett shares his life journey and his approach to working with silence and energy. You’ll discover how his seminars can support not only profound inner experiences but also real changes in everyday life — in emotions, relationships, and physical well-being.
Kozan speaks openly about the influence of his father, Michael Barnett, the importance of group work, and the fact that deep inner stillness is accessible to everyone. This interview is a heartfelt invitation for anyone who feels called to quietness, self-discovery, and connection with something greater than themselves.
